    mau tanya nih...buat para ahli2 mbl jadul...

    misalkan mesin mbl gw stelan klep standarnya klep IN = 20, klep EX = 25...

    apa pengaruhnya kalo klep IN nya gw kecilin ato gw gedein ya?
    bgitu jg dgn klep EX nya apa pengaruhnya kalo gw kecilin ato gedein?

    kata tmn gw sih kalo klep IN nya di kecilin misalkan jadi klep IN = 15 itu bisa jadi irit?? tapi panas mesinnya...

    btw, mesin lawas ini masih karbu?? klo karbu, stel ginian jgn tergantung bgt sm teori harus sekian n sekian... klo karbu, maen feeling buat setting... harus setting karbu jg buat optimal...

    andaikan karbu gak diapa2in... msh stelan standar...
    cuma klep doang yg dimaenin...

    ngaruh nya gmn ya bos? yaa scara garis besar aja...

    itu emang teorinya kalo katup in-out itu beda..
    kalo dikecilin juga bener bakal panas mesinnya..
    kalo msl boros,coba diganti dulu filter udara,filter bensin,busi dan stel pengapian didelco nya dulu.
    kalo masi dirasa boros baru deh distel klepna

    jgn terpaut teori bos...

    krn bongkar-pasang sendiri repot jg... mending andelin feeling pas setting...

    pertama, buka n ingetin gmn getaran, suara n irama puteran krukas pas idle... coba gas n ingetin jg gmn responsnya...

    cek celah klep in n out terlebih dahulu... klo mau naekin performa, celah digedein... cm harus dua2nya digedein... klo gak, hasilnya malah menurun...

    panasin mesin sampe suhu ideal baru coba naekin 0.1mm dari standarnya... suara udh pasti rada lebih kasar karena bukaan klep lebih gede jadi harap maklum...

    bukaan gede di klep bikin suara rada kasar n mesin sedikit lebih boros... setelan bukan kecil, bikin mesin lebih adem.. cm overheat sm knocking bisa terjadi...

    makanya lebih enak sekalian setting spuyer karbunya n jgn lupa stel timing pengapian juga... muundurin bbrp derajad sebelum TMA sampe idlenya enak... paling sip cek pake tune up tester pas lagi idle...


    sekali lagi, patokan setting klep gak bisa hanya berlandasan teori... tp feeling harus kuat...


    klo settingan dapet, redline rpm dimana tenaga mulai ngempos bakal lebih keisi...





    klo mau ngecilin celah intake... sama jg harus dibarengin sm kecilin celah di exhaustnya...
